Some convenience types.
To use these, just cast the OPA type to this type, for example,
defining an int to be type Bson.int32 will cause the value to
be represented in BSON as an Int32 value. You have to make sure that
the type of the value is known to the compiler at the point of calling
bson_to_opa or opa_to_bson.
